My classes are inclusive and laid back, suitable for all levels. Postures can be modified to suit students' needs and no experience is necessary.

Prioritise rest and self care with Yin yoga
Yin yoga improves joint health and mobility as well as muscle flexibility through holding poses for 3-5 minutes each, often supported by props such as blocks or bolsters.
The long holds combined with breathwork and mindfulness promote deep relaxation and a sense of calm.
